Just interested in what different feedback I'll get on this.

Let's say you're placed in charge of the BC football program today. Have to put together your own staff, all new faces.

What kind of offense/defense? Any particular assistants/coordinators you (realistically) target? Areas you recruit/emphasize? Personnel types? Out of conference opponents? Heck, uniforms?

Would be cool to see the diverse opinions.
