Would you hire assistants with deep ties to any area in particular? Emphasize any state or region? Change anything with regards to approach, the kind of player you're recruiting, or keep things mostly the same?
Go for early commitments even if it means not waiting on some high-ranked guys, or risk it and save scholarships for late deciders? Emphasize the need to camp to commit, or take guys sight unseen if they can't visit?
