Harris Williams & Jim Cashman have been very disappointing. I expected a good season from Cashman and a very good season from Williams. I was looking for Williams to be a "go to guy" when we needed a yard or two. One of the many BC lineman of the past who could be depended on to knock a opposing DL on his ass on 3rd & 1. Hasn't happened. The negative plays have killed this offensive. it's a strength of the D but has killed the offense. It's all on the OL.
