So, as you know I'm obsessed and aside from watching games live I try to record 4 games per time slot to watch throughout the week. All season my DVR has been unpredictable, recording only about 25% of what I've set to record.
So, I call Comcast for the third time to complain, and let loose about the situation. Obsessed with college football, can't record, pissing me off, etc. Comcast rep with heavy southern accent says, "You can't record you college footbawwwl? That's ahhhwwwwful!" I'm sending our best guy. He's literally the best in the outfit up here. And he gets what its like not being able to watch CFB, he's from Miss'ippi. I'm from a pretty big college football college as well.

Preview to today: Large swole up kid comes out, says, "I hear you can't record your college football?" Gives my system a look over, going to closets, different rooms, etc. Says literally everything is hooked up wrong, he's surprised it works at all. Replaces splitters with couplers, give me an amp just inside my main, etc says, "buddy, you had an okay signal, but everything else was all fouled up." You now have a signal on steroids and everything is set to a t.
Just unreal. So, you know, Roll Damn Tide.
