Please do not respond to this thread if your intention is to hijack it and make it another negative forum for a long list of reasons why the B.C. program is failing. Those of you with that opinion, have legit, valid reasons for the way you feel and how you see things unfolding in the future. I respect that, so please allow for some of us.. who may be willing to see how things shake down at the end of 2016 before we declare the program dead in the water.
I will continue to support the program, and in particular the players like Landry who chose to come here and put on a B.C. uniform and represent the school, the fans, and the alums. I understand frustration is at a high point and the season was a disaster. Harold Landry's tweet is a reminder that the players...whether that be 5...20...or 50, have not given up. It also says that they are now fully aware of the unrest that has gripped not only the team, but the entire program in a negative way, and how that is now playing out on social media. Thank you Mr. Landry for putting your message out there, it made an otherwise grim news day a lot nicer.
