Fr. Hanrahan passed away this week at age 89. Every BC student from the 60's and 70's knew Fr. Hanrahan as he was the Dean of Students and dealt with any and all problems that BC students might have created or been involved with. He is best remembered for being in all places at the same time on a Saturday night. He knew where every party was and usually was in the middle of the crowd before anyone knew he was in the building. Handled things fairly as he understood what being young was all about. After being Dean of Students he went into raising money for BC and had a great memory of how he let you off easy and now it was time for repayment. RIP
