Thanks for the "Need to Hit the Weights" article yesterday. Good stuff. However, I have a couple of questions:
1. You say the Yiadom is the best CB on the team, and has a legit shot to be the best in the ACC. Then you tell us he is moving to safety. Why on earth would BC take their best/elite CB and move him to safety?
2. You say that Milano will move to MLB next year, but needs to add 20 lbs. Is that a done deal? Strachan played at about 12 - 15 lbs. heavier than Milano last year, and I thought he would be the more likely MLB candidate. I thought Milano would be in that KPL/OLB role all the way.
