Talking with a good HS friend who is a Domer (PhD...HC undergrad) who says Kelly's sideline behavior has improved significantly. Whether true for Kelly or not. Daz needs to be told to manage his "passion" better.
He looks like an out-of-control nut job, unleashing his stream of F-bombs and easy-to-lip read MFs.
The other issues are important (play selection, clock management, etc), but his constant loss of control undermines what he claims he is trying to do. Embarrassing players by berating them as they come of the field has, in my view, a limited value. Letting a player hear it when they screw up is part of the game, but regularly losing your cool is a prescription for losing the support of your players.
