Class of 2023 LS Tate Haver Commits to BC

It's been a good week for Class of 2023 long snapper Tate Haver. The Westlake Village, California, native committed to Boston College on Saturday. Then, the next day, he won the Rubio Long Snapping Vegas XL camp.
Haver received an offer from BC on May 7, the same day he visited Chestnut Hill. In late April, he took a visit to the University of Arizona.
The 5-foot-11, 210-pound Haver plays his high school ball at Oaks Christian School.
Rubio Long Snapping ranks Haver as the 20th-best long snapper in his class.
Haver is the eighth BC commit this cycle. The Eagles' current long snapper is Gunner Daniel, who started this past season after transferring over from Wagner.
Daniel has another year of eligibility and figures to be the starter in 2022, too.
