Daz comes in at 3.5, halfway between "better start improving" and "pressure mounting". I'd rate him higher if his contract/the administration weren't also factors, but it sounds about right.
I don't think he gets a full pass for the 2016 season but I do believe the only way he is gone is a disaster equal to last season's. If we have substantial improvement, then it's win-win...I've never been a huge fan of rooting to tank a season. for those who think he is a fatally flawed coach, the best case scenario is that Daz turns the team around enough to get hired away by another program...it would be nice to not have to fire one for once.
