Yesterday BC offered 2017 receiver Cameron Sullivan-Brown and based on his recent video interview with Adam Friedman I'd say the Eagles have a pretty good shot. Not saying they lead -- and they aren't currently top three -- but even before the offer Sullivan-Brown talked about his plans to visit BC soon.
