Brighton Campus Tailgating

Got our parking passes today. First time on Brighton Campus after 10 years on Shea. Anyone have any insight? Is it any good/fun? how are cops? how is the traffic in and out etc?

I am out of country for Wagner game so first tailgate won't be until 10/1, which seems so strange.
