With Signing day complete, we can now fully turn our attention to 2016. As has been discussed thoroughly, there are a series of areas that need to be addressed with this program. I'm interested to see what benchmarks need to be hit for the board to consider 2016 a successful turnaround (if they happen)...I've added my quantifiers.

On Field Record: Minimum of 7 wins. Not satisfied with it overall but enough to signify progress. Win all 4 OOC, and 3 ACC games.

Facilities/Game Day Exp.: Announcement of a IPF that is not just filling the minimum requirement. Ideally with some unique features to BC that can be used as a recruiting tool.

Recruiting: Top 50 for FBS; Not dead last in the ACC; At least one significant playmaker (4* or 3* with many P5 offers) on each side of the ball.

Coaching: Harder to quantify, but a more balanced offense, and the same aggressive defense. Team D remains in top 25, Offensive production increases to better than 80 overall (low standards but a 46 place improvement over 2015).

Scheduling: Announce at least 1 future home and home (or better) with a challenging P5 team or one with a significant location/recruiting bonus.

Adminstration: Improve communications with fanbase, especially in transparency regarding facilities. (hard to quantify but right now there is next to none)

Some of these are more optimistic than others, but they aren't expectations of reality so much as what I personally need to see to think we are on the right track. If all objectives are met, then 2017 will be more aggressive, and so on.
