I've been talking to some people who would know and it seems like a couple of top quarterback options have emerged for BC from the Class of 2018.
One is Troy Fisher, a 6-foot-4, 195-pound pro-style passer from Pittsburgh (Pa.) Central Catholic. Fisher already has an offer from BC and he also has an offer from Temple. I'm told that the staff has gotten very good feedback from Fisher thus far.
The other quarterback who seems to be reciprocating interest the most is Justin Fields, a four-star dual-threat from Kennesaw (Ga.) Harrison who has offers from Duke, North Carolina, NC State, Northwestern, Penn State, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, West Virginia and some Ivy League schools.
A source told me this week that Fields is in constant communication with one of the coaches on the staff and there's a belief that BC would be on his short list if he had one right now.
