I'm told that today Steve Addazio is going to have a last minute trip to see Mebane (N.C.) Eastern Alamance linebacker John Lamot. This is just a standard visit to shore up the commitment and no reason to assume anything's off. Just letting you know where the head coach is going to be.
I'm also told that offensive line coach Justin Frye is going to go visit Tom Kowalkoski today in Michigan. Kowalkoski really blew up a bit towards the end of this recruiting cycle and he's held firm with Boston College throughout.
As for official visitors: BC is keeping a very tight lid on this. I can tell you that Boston College is hosting two official visitors this weekend but that is the most I'm able to run with. After the fact I may be able to tell you more but with Signing Day almost here everything's more sensitive. So, just know, they're bringing a couple of guys in but it's not going to be a huge crowd.
