Bates' reputation and future as an AD will be in serious jeopardy if he doesn't manage to fix the numerous football issues (offense system, sideline demeanor, lack of coaching-up offensive players, recruiting issues, game management) properly now. He should demand that Daz be open to a thorough review of the above issues and implement suggested fixes. Why not ask Flutie, Ryan and Hasselbeck (experienced, knowledgeable guys who bleed maroon and gold) to take the lead on this? Time for Daz to swallow his ego!
