BC goes into Worcester 12-1 under York in the building. What are you favorites? Here is a list of my top wins:

1. BC over Miami. You had to be there to truly appreciate it. Digging a 2-0 hole, they scored 3 goals in 1:58. After Miami tied it up and it went into OT, John Muse stood tall while BC was hanging on by the skin of their teeth. A patented Jerry York timeout (RIP), a pep talk, a Dan Bertram slapshot, and a diving Joe Whitney goal later, it sent BC to Denver and was the catalyst for the 2008 national title.

2. BC 5, BU 0 (2006). BU was not as good as BC but in typical mid-2000s fashion, kept beating BC. But not this time. Friday is the 10 year anniversary of this game. Joe Rooney went berserk and sent fanboys crying for the exits. Another Frozen Four berth and near national title.

T3. BC vs. Maine 2001. Ah, the days of the super regional. BC had a bye but Maine had pulled off a miracle over the Gophers the night before (early morning?). Maine was defending national champs and they were right in the middle of their cheating dynasty under Shawn Walsh. Chuck Kobasew broke a tie in the 3rd period and BC held on. It was Walsh's last game as he passed away that summer. Maine was very tough to play against as Walsh saw to it that they had every possible advantage (and hoping they wouldn't get caught in a lot of instances). The Maine players were incredulous that they were actually being penalized for breaking the rules. It was a real culture shock!!

T3. BC vs. UML 2014. BC still had Gaudreau and Hayes and added a good freshman crop of what is now this year's juniors. They delivered as Ryan Fitzgerald weaved through Lowell to strike back after BC gave up a cheap goal to start the 3rd period. It was critical and didn't allow Lowell to settle in to a lead with Hellebuyck. McCoshen buried a brilliant play by I believe Teddy Doherty late in regulation and BC was on to Philly.

Honorable mention:
BC vs. Yale in 2010. Yale had done the unthinkable (at the time) and knocked off North Dakota for us. BC put an epic beating on them before taking their foot off the gas and allowing it to be close. BC 9, Yale 7. Both high marks (or low mark) in the York era of NCAA tournament games.

List:
2001 Maine
2005 Mercyhurst
2005 North Dakota (loss)
2006 Miami
2006 BU
2008 Minnesota
2008 Miami
2010 Alaska
2010 Yale
2012 Air Force
2012 UMD
2014 Denver
2014 UML
